NOWNodes, the leading blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) solution provider has deployed and delivered the Shibarium RPC full node to support builders on the Shiba Inu layer-2 network.
Launched in August 2023, Shibarium is the latest development in the Shiba Inu ecosystem. The Ethereum-based L2 solution has quickly gained huge adoption as it is designed to reduce gas fees and make transactions more efficient on the Shiba Inu network.
NOWNodes, a renowned blockchain-based project that enables users to access full nodes and blockbook explorers via API, is among those to support Shibarium.
In a recent development, NOWNodes took to X (formerly Twitter) to disclose the deployment of a unique Remote Procedure Call (RPC) full node for Shibarium. The Tuesday update further outlined NOWNodes’ plans to contribute to the expansion of Shibarium.
Shibarium RPC Full Node By NOWNodes
The RPC full node deployed by NOWNodes for Shibarium is a development tool designed to allow developers and crypto projects to create and build decentralized applications on the Shiba Inu L2 blockchain.
In other words, the RPC full node enables crypto enterprises to seamlessly integrate Shibarium mainnet within their projects.
More so, accessing this particular node allows developers and crypto projects to benefit from the features of the Shiba Inu L2 scaling solution, including high-level security, network stability and transaction speed.
To connect to Shibarium via NOWNodes’ deployed node, users simply need to create a profile on the NOWNodes website. According to the update, the succeeding step is to select the Shibarium network and then create an API Key.
NOWNodes Announces More Support For Shibarium
To further contribute to the expansion and adoption of the Shiba Inu L2 network, NOWNodes disclosed its ambition to help other crypto projects integrate Shibarium.
“As we’ve deployed our Shibarium nodes, it’s time to work on collaborations with our partners,” NOWNodes wrote. Accordingly, the team affirmed support for Tangem Wallet regarding their Shibarium integration.
The NOWNodes team further submitted that they will support interested crypto wallet services providers as well as decentralized and centralized exchanges to integrate Shibarium.
Reacting to this, members of the Shiba Inu community called on several projects including Binance, Coinbase, Robinhood, and TrustWallet amongst others to integrate the Shibarium network.
While these projects are yet to respond, the Shibarium RPC full node deployed by NOWNodes is a positive development for the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Community members believe it will greatly increase the adoption of the L2 scaling solution, thereby enabling SHIB price to regain momentum.
