The team behind Shiba Inu has revealed that a new era is forthcoming for the project, urging community members to brace up for the launch of several new SHIB products.
To further build utility around SHIB as well as enhance the adoption of Shiba Inu, the team has revealed their plans to introduce several game-changing developments that would cause a positive shift in the entire crypto sphere.
According to the Saturday announcement, the forthcoming developments comprise a Shiba Inu-powered wallet dubbed “Shibdentity”. This unique product said to be more than just a wallet is designed to enable SHIB holders to have self-custody of their assets.
“The very first step to unlock your unique Shib identity is just 72 hours away,” the Shiba Inu official X account wrote on October 28 alongside a short promotional video. In the short clip, the team noted that “a new era is coming soon” for Shiba Inu.
It further highlighted other upcoming SHIB products including a so-called Shibahub Builder. The Shibahub Builder contains amazing features that give users and developers everything they need for a decentralized world. More so, developers can use the Shiba Inu-powered DApp builder to create custom modules or add existing modules to customize their experiences.

Among those who reacted to these positive developments included Shiba Inu’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama and Kaal Dhairya. As implied by Kusama, the team is on course to roll out numerous SHIB-powered products.
“Many things on the horizon to help embrace the possibility of a peaceful world with SHIB as the foundation,” he said. On the other hand, Dhairya reiterated that Shibdentity would be released soon but he stated no specific timeline. “First step towards your self-custodial identity is coming.” Dhairya wrote.
$5,000 SHIB Giveaway
In addition to these anticipated SHIB products, the team notified community members of a whopping $5,000 SHIB giveaway. While no detail was provided regarding the giveaway, the team urged ShibArmy to interact with the tweet for a wider reach.
Overall, these latest updates coupled with the high adoption of Shibarium have further strengthened the bullish investor sentiments on SHIB in the short term. Notably, the canine-themed token is up over 3% and 12% in the past 24 hours and seven days, respectively.
